Administration Portal - a site that allows administrators and technical service engineers to manage the system, and offers built-in features for finding solutions to problems in a public and private problem database.
Support Ticket Submission Portal - enables users to submit support tickets using a web browser and offers built-in features for browsing all support tickets and their statuses as well as finding solutions to problems in a public problem database.

Problem Databases - public and private. The public database is available to both support staff and users. The private database is only available to support staff.
