Application management

eHelpDesk allows the assigning of applications to individual computers. After integration with eAuditor the application list is available automatically and can be expanded using eHelpDesk.
Once integrated with the eAuditor system, eHelpDesk facilitates the searching and scanning of all IT resources in a network. The system provides complete collected details in one place. Each configuration element may be given a unique name for faster identification. eHelpDesk provides a library of applications in order to track license usage, allowing easy identification of those licenses which are used by the company with greater or lower frequency. The system also enables defining and managing relations between resources.

With the continuity of operations and fast response to incidents, eHelpDesk ensures complete IT protection of the company, while constant updates guarantee that the system is protected against ever-changing threats with the latest version of security features.

eHelpDesk may be integrated with the eAuditor system, enabling proper and systematic inventorying of available resources in the IT infrastructure. With editable parameters, it is quite easy to determine the time and frequency of retrieving data from the eAuditor database.
